Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS POLICY FOR PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE ONLINE STORE 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, simply return the items in the condition you receive it, with all tags attached and we will offer you an exchange or refund.

 For returns and exchanges, please follow the instructions below:

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR UK and INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  1. Products must be returned to Kaa Yoga Ltd within 28 days of date of purchase for domestic and international orders.
  2. All original tags must remain attached.
  3. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unsoiled and in original packaging. Please note that returns and exchanges WILL NOT be accepted if the items are marked by cosmetics, toiletries or tanning products. Please note that if the leg ties have been cut down to size, leggings can no longer be returned or exchanged.
  4. Unfortunately, for sale or discounted items, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. We will only offer a refund or exchange on these items when they are faulty.

U.K RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  1. Ensure all tags are intact and items are unworn, as set out in the terms and conditions mentioned above
  2. Include the following items in your poly postal bag:

    1. The items you wish to return/exchange
    2. The invoice - The returns/exchange slip is located at the bottom of the invoice. Please let us know the reason for your return/exchange.
  3. Send the items back to us by Registered Post with a tracking number. Please ensure that you keep your tracking number safe to ensure your package returns safely. Expenses associated with postage will not be refunded on any return items.

EXCHANGES

When exchanging your item, please indicate in the returns/exchange section, the product details and size of the garment you would like to exchange for.

The registered postal charge to get the package back to you on an exchange is FREE.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be made to the credit card or Paypal account, which was used to purchase your items.

Refunds are given on full priced garments only and exclude any shipping charges incurred by the customer on the original order or the return back. Shipping charges will be deducted from any refunds.

Please note that Kaa Yoga Ltd cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit, so please keep your tracking number safe. 

Once your package returns back to Kaa Yoga Ltd your exchange or refund will be processed immediately.

  

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Please note Kaa Yoga Ltd does not offer free international returns or exchanges. If you wish to return an item for a refund, the original shipping cost and the return postage will be at your expense. For all returns and exchanges please follow the following steps:

  1. Ensure all tags are intact and items are unworn, as set out in the terms and conditions mentioned above
  2. Include the following items in your poly postal bag:
         
    1. The items you wish to return/exchange

INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES

  • 
If you would like to exchange an item the shipping costs are not covered by Kaa Yoga Ltd. The postal charge on an exchange will be debited from the card or PayPal account used for payment for the original item.
  • Any packages being sent back to Kaa Yogawear must have a valid international tracking number. 

Kaa Yoga Ltd will not be held liable for any items lost in transit.



  • Please remember to indicate on the package that the items are intended “For Exchange”. Without such notice, the package is at risk of attracting additional customs duties and taxes.

Please note - if you wish to make an exchange we are happy to do so as long as the stock is available. If the stock is not available, a credit note or refund will be offered as an alternative.

INTERNATIONAL REFUNDS

  • If we are unable to deliver the item you ordered, the item is faulty/damaged or the item is not what you ordered, we will gladly refund you for the total amount of your order.
  • Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card or PayPal account that was used to make the original purchase and the original registered postal charge will be deducted from the refund total.
  • All refunds will be processed as soon as the items have been received by Kaa Yogawear, however, please allow 14 days from the day you return the product for your account to be credited. 

Important Things to remember

  • We do not offer any exchanges or refunds on sale items, except when the item is faulty. This applies to both U.K and International orders.
  • Refunds are only given on full priced products. This does not include any associated shipping charges from the original purchase or return.
  • Exchanges can only be made if the exchange item is available.
